I bought a Groupon voucher for a cut, half head of foils and treatment. Yes, you have to walk through a construction site and the salon is kind of poky and dated and no, neither of the hairdressers were particularly chatty, I really didn't mind any of those things. The hairdresser who was going to do my colour asked what I wanted and I said I wanted a few subtle highlights like I already had through my hair. I naturally have dark brown hair and almost black eyebrows and I walked out of there with stripy, ash blond hair. I look ridiculous. I should have said something at the time when I saw them putting in so many foils but for some reason I thought they were a professional and knew what they were doing. I should have said something at the end but I had to rush off to be somewhere plus I was kind of in a state of disbelief! I thought it must have just looked like that under the salon lights, that it would be better in the sunlight or even after I'd washed my hair I thought the colour might somehow settle but it's just bad, bad, bad. After fully realising just how bad my hair colour was I emailed the salon to tell them I was unimpressed, particularly since I am going to have to pay again to have my hair recoloured. I thought I'd give them the chance to rectify it themselves. I got a weird email back saying they (who?) would talk to the hairdresser about it. Haven't heard anything back since (over a week ago). Look, go here at your own peril but make sure you watch them like a hawk because there is definitely no guarantee you'll get what you asked for.

I visited Laiba's Hair and Beauty this morning and WOW!!! Laiba is a gorgeous person who not only makes you feel welcome but is terribly professional. Laiba threaded my eyebrows and gave me some eyelash extensions and they are definitely the best that I have ever had!!!! I will certainly be returning and trying the laser that all of my friends have had and are raving about. Many people are starting to find out about Laiba and her services..... so book early for an amazing experience and result..

More like a POP up hairdresser. Scoopon voucher for full head of foils,style cut,blow dry a $295 package and being in port Melbourne the $69 voucher was a bargin. Took weeks to get an appointment. Was only able to get 1 colour had to pay for additional. Normally when you get your foils done the colour is about 4-6 weeks. 1 weeks later I can see the grey, as if it was just a rinse was put in and I had never been. The website say the specialise in Bob hair style, so when asked to cut my hair I ment more than 1 hair, I ended up with just a trim if you can call it that. WORST thing is i told my sister about it and when she seen my hair her voucher went in the rubbish. WORST hairdressers I have ever been to as they say you pay for what you get but all I got was a $70 blow dry. Very disappointed.

I purchased a voucher with Laiba for Laser Permanent Hair Removal and I couldn't be more happy with the results, it really works!!. Laiba is super friendly and professional. I am so glad that I bought the deal voucher , I will definitely recommend her.

I want to thank the Laibas Beauty staff for giving me a wonderful massage therapist to do my massage. I always had back problems all my life and the lady that did my massage eased up the pain I had on my back. Thank you for a great experience.

So about three days ago I had an appointment for Keratin treatment. I was impressed with the service and the lady who did my hair was nice. I would definitely be going back to get my Keratin treatment done in the future once again.

This place is average at best. After looking at the reviews on here, I thought I was in for a fabulous treat, but after that experience, I am not sure if they are even talking about the same place! I used a Groupon voucher and received a 90 minute relaxation massage and facial. It took me awhile to find the place as there is no clear signage. To get to the spa you have to walk through a run down construction area, which isn't exactly inviting but I understand that isn't their fault. The place itself didn't look fantastic either, but I told myself to not judge a book by it's cover. Though, I was right on this one I think. I'm curious about where this "great service" is that everyone keeps writing about. No one gave me a friendly greeting or barely spoke more than two words to me. The massage was alright, I can see why it would appeal to others, but wasn't my cup of tea. The facial I didn't really enjoy at all, however. I found the person attending to me was very rough. It wasn't exactly relaxing at all. A lot of the time the person massaged my neck so roughly I felt I was being choked. They also rubbed product so hard over my eyes and I had to squeeze them shut so tightly so that they wouldn't sting, but even so, my eyes have been burning for the last hour. I also noticed as I got dressed again that a lot of the products that were used were just cheap ones I could buy at the supermarket. I'm not sure if I just got a bad case or what, but overall, I didn't find the experience enjoyable at all. Don't think I'll come back again.

It's the first time I'm making an effort to write a review cause of the service and result achieved :) have been here for laser for underarms !!! Love it totally.. no pain and ny hair stopped growing from the very 1st session. Laiba makes it even more better! She is the best beautician I ever met!! Will definitely go back for other treatments! Go laiba xxx

The hairdresser Noy did a fabulous job on my full head of foils and I liked the result. I recommend this salon to everyone.
