In short - Steak tough - very sad and dry salad and very rude staff - have been back a few times and each time say never again - well this really was the last time. It's not like they have the monopoly on dining in the area any more, much better quality down the road. Will definitely not be back!

Great pub food, the steak sandwich and chicken wrap are always good choices and reasonably priced. Decent sized servings too. Friday nights are extremely busy and young crowd but much quieter on Saturdays and Sundays. All round nice pub.

Approximate cost: $20

I am not entirely convinced on this place to be honest. The meals were a decent size and price, ie burgers around $17 and were filling but not so fresh tasting, maybe it was a bad day but the lettuce was a bit limp and tomato a bit mooshy. Other people recommended I go here so they really like it but my experience wasn't the same. It was a pretty quiet day so maybe food turnover not so high? I'm not sure. Staff were friendly and we got served reasonably quick up at the counter when getting drinks etc.

Approximate cost: $17

Nice atmosphere, good service, good menu at reasonable prices. Kitchen opens at 1800 every night so its not ideal if your like myself and partner who like to eat early. Good food specials and discount offers.

Approximate cost: $24

Recently took the family for dinner but have to say that perhaps father time and the recent ALH ownership have taken its toll. Pretty ordinary pub fair. No hurry to return

Service can sometimes be very slow when having a big group, for example they bring out 80% of the meals but leave a few people waiting and then the other meals get cold etc. I have had a few different experiences but the food has always proven to be good

Portions are large. That's not necessarily a good thing given that the food itself wasn't very appetising. Service was slow. Probably wont be rushing back :(

I had christmas dinner with my mum and niece on Christmas Eve. The food was high quality tavern meals and the service was good though a little slow at times. I enjoyed tempura fish and chips and delicious mixed berry cheesecake dessert and all lived up to expectations.

Approximate cost: $115 for three people - main and dessert

I dont mind this pub if I were only going without my son. This type of pub isnt really child friendly, even when they say they are before a certain time of night! I went here last time, for a nice counter meal with some friends and we where told we weren't aloud to be there because of our two children, who where in prams might i add and where too young to run around! I was really disappointed by this because it makes you feel a bit singled out just because you have a child! like you have no right to be there!
