Dont be fooled. Its all to rosy and full of promise and big "back up" statements, but you find out just how good a business is when you have a problem with their product. had endless problems getting refills to work consistantly, they would not. Long story short, customer service fell well short to a point where they would rather hang on to your money paid and argue with you rather than satisfying you as a customer.
If you use them good luck, I hope you dont have problems with the product.

Recently took the family for dinner but have to say that perhaps father time and the recent ALH ownership have taken its toll. Pretty ordinary pub fair. No hurry to return

Good Honest food - bit better than the run of the mill for pies, sangas rolls and bread. Happy and helpful staff and a decent price

This little diamond is really worth a try. Great food - and a different cuisine to the mainstream offerings. Menu is not extensive but is quite broad to suit alternative tastes, but worth going with the Mauritian style (try the Biriyani!!) after all thats what it is about.
Friendly helpful service from staff who reflect that they care - Chef happy to suggest to the "unfamiliar aussie".
Nice food, nice experience, although it was a quiet evening (midweek) and therefore perhaps lacking a little in atmosphere on the night.
BTW - If you like to eat somewhere that looks nice and clean - another reason to try Sawab.

Went out to celebrate daughters birthday Monday night, Had a nice night and everyone enjoyed their meals, good pub food is how I describe this place.
Meals came out in a reasonable time considering how many people were dining (on a monday night..?)
Only Downside comments are that they do not have EFTPOS (ATM available in Entrance) which this day and age is really odd. Also the need to have to order meals at the front bar when you have been seated in the back room is a bit rough - no table service (We had one invalid who wanted to ask some questions relating the what they were going to order)

Try a pie - these guys make great pies- probably a little more to pay than the average pie shop but nice pies and good variety

Thought we needed to give it a try based on other reviews. Have to say that I was a little disappointed, as I felt the food was a little bit of a let down. May have been our personal choices.

Needed new Battery for car. Checked existing battery, and diagnosed that it was on the way out, Had replacement in stock, fitted and tested alternator, all part of the service - cant argue with that.
