Lake view has a real service problem. The quote and installation went well enough, however when service was required the company went missing. Firstly, you must fill in a user unfriendly form online (including photographs). Once approved, I was put off 3 times before finally getting a confirmed date, only for the service team not to show up. When I phoned the office I was treated as an inconvenience. The service team finally arrived, though not at the time arranged. I would not buy from this company again.

I am a licensed building contractor and will never use them again. Worst customer service I have ever come across. Stuffed up the measure up then hit me with a price increase after I accepted the quote and paid the deposit.

Lakeview Blinds and Awnings are a very reliable and efficient company, which supplies products of a high standard.
We were so pleased with the plantation shutters they supplied and installed two years ago, that we ordered some vertical blinds for another property a few weeks ago. We are equally happy with their product and service.
It is very satisfying to think we are supporting a locally owned company.

4 months from paying deposit to having 4 small blinds fitted. Wrongly measured, wrongly measured by person who checks first person . Wrong tracks for 2 blinds. Forgotten equipment on instillation . Office staff dismissive . When trying to sort all issues owner 'Sonia' is not available or contactable. STAY CLEAR!

Blinds had a gap at top Not fitted as quoted. Not fit for purpose . They have taken away , botched job . The one they left is aweful with a hood that doesn’t cover. Said they’ll get back to me no apologies offered. Have paid a deposit:(

Very happy with my new pvc blinds, really freshens up the room and gives a more streamlined feel. Lakeview Blinds were very prompt with their service from beginning to end. Very happy customer. Not the first time I have used this business and will definitely use them again.

On 4th October [redacted due to personal identifier] came out, measured and quoted. We verbally agreed on one particular blind that it have a left and a right wand with a centre bunch, but with single tilt action, not a separate track. This was verified on at least 4 different occassions. Now, 28th November, [redacted due to personal identifier] says they cannot do this, it could only be separate tracks with separate tilts. The company will not refund our deposit or apply this deposit to another item we are purchasing from them, and refuses to acknowledge this was the requested requirement for our new home. Fraudulant action, many lies told to cover the fact they could never supply what the customer wanted. A waste of time, and a heartache of an experience. Lakeview Blinds and Awnings NOT recommended.

Iv'e recently purchased blinds through these guys and the quality and workman ship was outstanding. They have a huge range of blinds from modern to classic and all different clouors to choose from, they measure up your windows so they fit perfectly. The guy was very friendly and took the time to talk and answer my 4yr olds questions which i thought was very nice of him.
