I'm very disappointed with this business. Very rude man. He serviced my air conditioner a year ago, I have not used it since he touched it. I went to use it yesterday and it does not work. I called to ask him to have a look at it, wants to charge me again. When I tried to explain to him the situation he continually hang the phone up. Very rude man. I'm not happy with his service at all.
