I received a call from the drs. surgery at 7:45pm saying sorry for the delay in getting back to me as there were difficulties in their paging system. I phoned almost 11 hours ago. I am grateful to finally receive a call. Thank you.

Wait times far too long. Four appointments, all different times of day, all running late. Shortest wait time was 15 minutes, then 25 minutes, 30 minutes and 50 minutes. This is unacceptable and just rude. Reception don’t explain the wait times or even Signal there is a wait, disrespectful of peoples time. Good doctor (dr Meisis) although she has little brusque and not a great listener (talks over the top of me when I am trying to explain myself). Seems like the sound of her own voice when I am health literature so don’t need the long explanations, but rather a conversation.

Dr Campbell is one of the best doctors I've been to, he really listened and tried to help me. I like that you can book online. The only negative I've found is they don't bulk bill.

Love it! Been going here since birth and wouldn't change it for anything, doctors are friendly and punctual and have never made me feel silly for taking my baby there when there has really been nothing wrong!

I have been going here since I was a newborn and I must say I have not gone anywhere else even now I have 3 children they all have gone here and still do great doctors and nurses big pat on the back to all the staff

Always go to these doctors. They're always very professional. I see Dr Campbell and he is wonderful. Also Dr Siemenowicz was great during my last pregnancy, he is an obstetrician so it was easy to see him instead of going to the hospital or going private. I highly recommend them. They don't bulk bill but that's what happens when you go to a good doctor's surgery.

I rang this clinic looking for a new GP. The receptionist took the time to talk to me about the clinic and doctors there. I was able to make an appointment for the nest day. The doctor I saw, Dr Emma Donovan, was fantastic! Friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her.

When I moved to the area this is the first place I went and I haven't been anywhere else for my GP needs! I've got my regular doctor, who is interested in my 'case 'and gets me all the info she can. She's caring and understanding which means a lot with my condition. When I have at to see other doctors at this practice most have been nice and understanding. Some however would rather not understand which is disheartening. I would recommend this clinic and my doctor Tania Friebel to anyone!

Sorry I can't agree with the others. I tried this doctors a few times and each time waited up to an hour (after making an appointment!) only to be rushed through. I found the doctors condescending and rude.

The Drs are so good at this clinic that I am slow to review it because I want to keep this clinic a secret. Reception staff can be a little brisk but its a busy clinic so that is sometimes to be expected. I have never been disappointed here.

My sister convinced me to go here when I needed a standard check up and they were actually great. I didn't have to wait very long and the doctors were high quality with their advice

This place provided such good ante natal care for my wife during our first and second pregnancies, so I switched from my long term doctors and haven't looked back. Good quality medical care.

Its really hard to find quality medical care where you feel your health really comes first and is thoroughly thought over, and after trying many other doctors offices (including one for 9 years!) I found this one to take care of me. the doctors here are amazing, as are the sisters who manage bloodtests etc.
