Once booked and paid through their web site they seem to have lost details of our payment. This could not be resolved over the phone as language was a bit of a problem. But their booking system does not seem to be incorporated with their payment system. All sorted when we were in Vientienne. The requirement of arriving for check in 2 hrs before each domestic flight was only 1hr 20 mins to early particularly when this was for domestic flights. Flight and on board service was fine.
