Location good but food and service good enough to warrant the high prices. We needed to order bowls of chips between entrees and mains given the slow service and insubstantial entrees. Given this was a Christmas break up we allowed some leeway for the busy time, but really not good enough.
Would suggest better alternatives nearby.

Stumbled on this its opening week in 2008 . There was hardly anyone around then and I expect with the Wheel out of operation until 2010 it will be quite for sometime. However most shops are open and as business is quite you can get better bargains than around the corner at DFO on Spencer St.

I think the sensible sandwich may have been a pioneer in good quality food as they have been around now over 15 years. There are now others meeting the mark but Sensible Sandwich I can always rely on a good healthy and satisfying sandwich from here.

I purchase socks and plain t shirts on a regular basis and recently discovered a few stalls with good prices and high quality for both . Wool blend socks 3 for $10, plain t shirt with good quality neck 3x $20

Have purchased shoes on line after checking sizes in their store. Price was excellent size was not as good but after wearing in no problem. Their shoes I have found to be more comfortable that other mens shoes. Prompt delivery within 2 days.

I have purchased air conditioners, fridge, microwave and washing machine, set top box over the past years through Good Guys in Nunawading and have not once been dissappointed in service or price.

My Volta vacuum packed up after 10 years and I was talked into a high range Hoover. After purchasing I found the lead to very short a will only extend to one room at a time. I had to return the machine after 10 months as the cord kept retracting and I tried to replace by was put off by the $100+ Godfrey's wanted to charge to extend. Just out of warranty the extention tube for the sweeper collapsed and is now held in place by tape. Three months after fixing the cord it started retracting on its own again and another fitting feeding the cord came off and is unable to fix. The motor is good the but over all the machine is very poor quality for the premium unit I paid for what I expected to be a long lasting unit. I think I may have been better purchasing a better value machine at a electrical discount outlet as I didn't get the impression that Godfreys were interested in the fact they sold me the dud.

Once booked and paid through their web site they seem to have lost details of our payment. This could not be resolved over the phone as language was a bit of a problem. But their booking system does not seem to be incorporated with their payment system. All sorted when we were in Vientienne. The requirement of arriving for check in 2 hrs before each domestic flight was only 1hr 20 mins to early particularly when this was for domestic flights. Flight and on board service was fine.

I used Sargeants based on WOMOW recommendation and reasonably happy with the result. After settlement however I did have a problem with disbursement of funds done by the bank and found the follow up from Sargaents to be lacking. Fortunately all resolved well.

Mixed results purchasing CD . Recent release however I expected within a few days and product is still not in stock after more than a week. Their notification process is also minimal so difficult to know when to expect delivery all you know is they have your order and payment. Their email response has been ok but lacking in any information.
