This one's recommended if you're in Hobart

I went there with two friends,one who didnt drink.Silly girl! Learnt probably more than i needed to about distilling whiskey,but the benefits far outweighed that.From harsh to smooth,we tried them all,left a little wobblier than when we walked in,but enjoyed every sip!

A friend recently took me to this place while we were staying overnight in Hobart. It was a fantastic experience. For a small price you can have a taste of quite a few of the whiskies that they have behind the bar and even though I'm not usually a whiskey drinker, I was quite impressed.
