Phil, Can you please pass on to your staff how well they conducted themselves and how good a job they did. I know you don't get too may thank you's but here is a big one from us. The guy's worked under some pretty harsh conditions ( heat wise ). You don't find too many tradesmen that clean up after themselves. It's a credit to your team. Dear LPV, I would like to confirm details of the phone call that I have just made following a visit to our house by one of your staff. I was most impressed with the manner and service offered today by Laser Plumbing Vermont. From when I first received the technician's phone call to advise me he was on his way, throughout the job and when he left he was friendly and courteous. He also explained to me what he had found and where in regard to the gas leak and then offered to cover up the hole that had to be made in the bottom of one of the kitchen cupboards. He also did a great job cleaning up after he had finished not always something that trades people do. Based on this experience together with your friendly manner when I first made the booking means that I will definitely recommend Laser Plumbing to friends and associates.
