Poor experience overall. I heard the surgeon has been unwell and this may be the reason for things not being great here. Don't go anywhere near this place as I struggled to trust them at all.

I have experienced lazer vision in November 2020, and highly recommend the procedure.The whole experience was so professional, with no waiting.The procedure itself was not painful at all, it was quick and everything was explained step by step . I would highly recommend it and infact I have family booked in already. Its amazing to be able to see again without glasses.Im so glad I have done this,the team at LV are fantastic.

Don't touch these rogues. Cancelled my booking when I flew in from Qld to visit family. management just as cold and rude as the receptionist.

Loving this place! Came here for our first consultation just the other day and they have a lovely waiting area. There are magazines and free drinks and everything.
The staff are absolutely delightful and very professional. They all seem like they want to come to work each day.

Dr Frankel is a busy man. The place is always buzzing with people coming and going and waiting.
