I'm using Laudamus lawyers currently for my property bought in Boronia. It's one of the most unprofessional and unethical services i have ever hired. I have lost approx $20000 simply because solicitor didn't even pay basic attention while reading the building contract for which they are charging $800. Extremely hard to get them on emails and phone. Please stay away.

I cannot agree more! I engaged them for a simple conveyance and they did not even give us a settlement statement. We had to do our own title search to confirm the conveyance was carried out!
