12/09 - Given this business 1 star due to overall customer service experience, pricing and vehicle condition.

13/09 - Lady has called me to threaten me and she will not cancel my pre-auth i.e. $700 since I left my reviews and will take her time to cancel it as a revenge. I have an email from the business that car was dropped in the perfect condition and pre-authorization has been cancelled a day before. Absolute BULLYING!!

I’ve bought one of the units @ 193 Boronia Rd, Boronia which is constructed by ABP Consultants Pty Ltd. I would like to list some of the issues I had the with the construction

1) Delayed construction – Took 3 years to complete the construction and was handed over 2 years after the agreed time.

2) Inclusion list ignored - Dishwasher, Ducted heating and Wardrobes were not provided as per the inclusion list.

3) Poor finish – Scratches on the wall, paint on the door is cracking, uneven backyard surface etc.

We have settled our property under protest and looking to take some legal action against the parties involved

I'm using Laudamus lawyers currently for my property bought in Boronia. It's one of the most unprofessional and unethical services i have ever hired. I have lost approx $20000 simply because solicitor didn't even pay basic attention while reading the building contract for which they are charging $800. Extremely hard to get them on emails and phone. Please stay away.

Super Star Removals
Blue Rhino

In short, all these companies are operated by the person called 'Cai Rocky' (don't know if this is his real name). They have been reported by ninemsn proving their dodgy business and how they con other people's money- see this link (http://aca.ninemsn.com.au/article/8539052/superstar-removalist).

Here's my experience with them:
1) They broke my bedsides worth $300 each,
2) Over charged with the excuse they got lost on their way, 3)Turned 2 hrs late to do the job with no one to inform
4)No one answers the call to help me out with my claim,
5)Received inappropriate text messages inorder to stop me from calling them
6)Bully customers

3 months of regular calling and emailing has gone in vain.

Never use them if you love your belongings.
