I should say Dr Sana Mahmud is the most professional GP I have ever met. She is so very thorough and understanding . Can’t recommend her any more !!

I had my middle child here last week and I was so thankful that Launceston now has a walk in service. We waited a lengthy time as many others had arrived prior to us but the Doctor we saw was friendly, talked to my child not just ignoring him, took the time to make sure he was comfortable and I was happy with his medical advice

I am in love with this practice, 2 young drs started this out less than 6 months ago and already they have welcomed some incredible partners to the business, each bringing their own strengths and experiences. Not only do they offer a late night walk in service they now offer a weekend service and they bulk bill my kids (double thumbs up)

What a fantastic service Launceston should be proud, I love that If I am sick I don't have to stress about gaining an appointment since they have a walk in clinic, fees are fair and love that my children are bulk billed under 16. Both Jacqui and Jermone are lovely and so patient
