Redeem a voucher for haircut, colour and treatment. Told the assistant I wanted short hair cut, cut hair then said tha'ts short enough, after about 2 weeks I couldn't stand it anymore so went back, paid more money for another cut, still not happy. I think it is the worst haircut I have even had in my life. The staff did not listen to what I asked for. No problems with the colour application, but would not go back there again.

Sometimes they treat customers with vouchers really badly. At least you can grow it out (but that's not much consolation. Sorry!)
Ive just redeemed my voucher also - I have to say the nail technician did a really good job. As for hair , my colour is a bit darker than I wanted and they didn't ask me how I wanted it styled - all in all , Id go back for the nails but not the hair
