All I can say is wow! I went in with really dark hair and told the girl I wanted a lighter change.. Showed her a picture and came out looking exactly like the photo, even better and the best part is my hair did not even dry out with all the foils! Highly recommend!!

As a first time client at Lausanne I was very pleased with both the result of my hair style and customer service. All staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable and made my salon experience a very Pleasurable one. I would easily recommend any friend or family member to go there. I also loved that the hairstylist listened to what I wanted and gave me a colour and cut to compliment my facial features. Thanks again guys will be back and referring all friends and family

Warning: Do NOT go here! I numerous times for less than an inch off my hair and they cut off 4 inches. I also took in photos to show how a sweeping fringe, hairdresser had no idea what how to cut fringe. Blow-wave looked home-done.
