Clinic is clean, doctors are ok, reception staff are lovely but their time management is horrible. 30 minute waits are normal and this issue really needs to be resolved. I don't think I have EVER been into an appointment on time as they are ALWAYS running late.

My son had been bitten by something, his face was visibly swollen. We arrived here to ask for a doctor to take a quick look and were told there were no more appointments today... despite no patients waiting.

I wonder how the shareholders feel that they're losing money - we've never been able to get an appointment here - we'll stop trying now too.

Recently visited this new medical centre in the Lavington Square shopping centre. Docs don't have the best bedside manner and to keen to shuv medication etc down your throats. Keen to get more money out of govt by sending you for tests that aren't needed. Definitely wont be visiting this medical centre again.

It's a busy clinic. But the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the clinic as it is in a handy location close to the shopping center and the staff will make you feel welcome.

The Lavington Clinic is the best. The doctors are caring, but very busy.
The reception girls do their best to fit you in, & it's very handy to the local shopping centre.
