Lavish Nails Spa

I would not recommend this business. On the 10/12/24 I had builder Gel nails put on with Shellac nail polish on top. they usually are strong and don't just come off and grow out and you get them refilled every 3 weeks. 4 days after the nail Tech "Mine" did my nails, one of them just popped off. I went back and the nail was redone. over the next 2 weeks which was over the Christmas period a lot more nails either lifted, chipped or popped off totally. I went back on New Years Eve and they wouldn't fix them unless I paid for a whole new set $60. they wouldn't even remove the remainder of my nails and wanted to charge me $15 to take them off. I was told I should have gone back in a week and had them redone. I went back after 4 days! they ignored me when I said that. I couldn't go back every time a nail came off as it was over Christmas. It should not have happened within 3 weeks. I was annoyed they didn't even care and were just greedy wanting more money off me to take them off. I've had builder gel nails a lot of times previously and I've never had a nail pop off!!!
