Only place I shop for the freshest fruit and vegetables. Many veges are pre-packed therefore cheaper for consumers and very fresh from the markets. Hugh selection for nuts, seeds and dairy products also at very cheap prices.

Great value fruit and veg ,and heaps of specials. They sell lots of other stuff as well ,our favorite is round pitta bread i think 6 in a packet for $1.20 we make pizzas .

lots of fresh fruit and vegies - what more could you want? there are great specials there all the time, and the variety of produce they have is second to none. you never have to sort through the bad stuff, because all of it is so fresh and just ready to use. they also sell cheese and yoghurt and nuts and other random things too.
