Having previously used Lawyers Conveyancing, I turned to them again when I recently required to have my name removed from a title deed. This turned out to be vastly more difficult than I had envisaged and [redacted due to personal identifier] at Lawyers Conveyancing persevered through the layers of bureaucracy within the various government departments involved and then with a recalcitrant bank that nearly drove us all mad. During this time she remained friendly, professional and showed great patience and perseverance to reach a very acceptable conclusion. We can't recommend Peter and his highly professional service enough. Peter's response time was very fast and very reassuring during the initial pre-purchase contract preparation & exchange with vendor.The property purchase did not go ahead in this instance and due to the precise wording of legal clauses from Peter, we could walk away from a bad investment.
