I first used Lawyers Conveyancing about 4 years ago when I bought a unit and found their service thorough, professional and complete, as well as great value. Have just used again (to sell the same unit) and again their service has been faultless (fortunately so, as we had to overcome various obstacles caused by others!) Although I am in NSW and the property is in Melbourne the distance caused no issues I was aware of.
Their web form and early communications make them seem a little unapproachable, but I suspect this is a defence against needy clients who want to be mollycoddled - in practice I have found the people behind the paperwork are friendly and effective.
