Lack of communication, customer service, professionalism, responsiveness and customer service. Most customer service are rude, different information are provided and with complaints they dont listen and never apologise plus it feels like they blame you for using their service. Five star - devastated

I have bad experience with this overseas cargo company. The person that pick up the balikbayan box to my house is very crunky, don't want to be asked for other products of their company. There are few things upset me; they don't give the proper price, the office say different price from the person that picked up the box in your house. They will say, the shipment arrive overseas for maximum of 6 week for luzon area, but they arrive in 3 months time.
