Excellent personal trainer providing great value for money. Very experienced and always offers something new. I very highly recommend Lyndsay for both personal training and training in small groups.

As someone who has previously found exercise to be such a chore I am now happy to say that I actually look forward to my weekly personal training sessions with Lyndsay. Lyndsay has this unique ability to motivate and improve your fitness levels without the need to scream and push you past impossible boundaries. She is warm and friendly and understands your fitness requirements, tailoring your sessions accordingly. I am extremely impressed how much my fitness has improved since training with Lyndsay and highly recommend LB Fitness. I wouldn't train with anyone else.

Lyndsay is with worth every dollar. My program is never the same as any one else's, and is tailored to my wants and needs.

I have been training with Lyndsay since she moved to Australia and I can't imagine training with anyone else. Do your self a favour and book in at LBFitness. You are seeing someone with a wealth of knowledge and years of experience. Not a turn style PT who has done an 8 week course and a certificate behind them.

I have been training with Lyndsay for almost 2 years now. She is extremely professional, friendly and always available to help me. Her timekeeping is excellent so if I have any issues with work she will always try to adjust things to fit me in. I have tried group training sessions, Metafit (love, love, love it), kettlebell sessions and single PT sessions. I highly recommend Lyndsay as she will help you reach your goal.

Approximate cost: $Between $10-$30
