I needed a conveyancer to sell a property in Queensland. An initial contact with a local Sydney conveyancer told me I had to get someone in Queensland. I contacted Lead conveyancing and everything just flowed smoothly from there. Kristine from the Queensland Office kept me updated and forwarded any necessary forms for me to complete. Having had a bad experience previously I was wanting a Conveyancer that was not really expensive, but still reliable to do the job for us. Did some research and saw that Lead Conveyancing had some good reviews so after talking to Francis and getting a quote for all costs in writing, we decided to use them. The process was pretty seamless, settlement went through quickly and with good communication which is what we wanted.
