I first started seeing Leanne after I had reached breaking point. I went through a period of months where I wasn't eating well, I wasn't sleeping well and had a very poor work life balance. My health wasn't a priority, I wasn't exercising, and I was stressing and getting anxiety about things that were outside of my control. What I liked about Leanne is that she approached it from all different aspects. In the past I had been to see different counselors and psychologists, and whilst it's great to talk about it and get things off your chest, I just found that it wasn't getting any practical solutions to make changes to move on or work through any of my stuff. The biggest game changer with Leanne is that she deals with the subconscious which is what I believe has been the biggest shift personally. Through the sessions we worked through a lot of stuff, from growing up things I didn't think effected me or I was holding onto, they were obviously causing grief now and I didn't realise, so it was great to be able to work through all of that and not have it effect how I function on a day to day basis. I feel alot lighter and I definately feel a lot more balanced and aware of myself and I don't let things bother me to the extent that they used to. I know now that if it's outside of my control I can let it go.

I would highly highly recommend Leanne with anybody that has every struggled with Anxiety, depression, even if you just want some clarity in their Life. Yes I would 100% recommend Leanne.
