Legends Bakery is a local institution and has won a raft of awards for its fresh, home-made products. I know several people who travel from as far away as Toukley to buy their cakes and breads here. Earlier in the week I dropped in at the bakery and ordered a roast beef, chutney and avocado sandwich on multi-grain bread for $6.30. It certainly hit the spot, and while I was eating it I noticed some intriguing items behind the counter, such as Vegemite and cheese scrolls costing $2.50 each.

i have been going here for over 20 yrs. the lamingtons are the best thing i have tasted in my life. no-where else even comes close!! the sandwiches are also yummy, with lots of fillings.

The pies here are some of the best on the coast. There is space for you to eat in or to take away. Last time we ate in had a pie and a coffee. The coffee was nice, the pie fantastic and the staff friendly. Can't ask for more out of a bakery.

This bakery has they best pies and sausage rolls. I havent been there in a while but used to go there heaps :)

I often meet friends here and the food and service are always good.The coffee is good and there is a variety for everyone.You order first and take a number and the food is brought to you.There is also takeaway and you don't wait long for this either.Good value

This is an awesome local bakery. Have delicious bread and cakes. We regularly get the sponge cakes for birthdays and occasions at work and they never disappoint. The chocolate mud cakes are one of the nicest cakes I've ever had. Everything is reasonably priced and they are really nice and efficient staff. The foccacias and sandwiches are good too.

Great service. Had what I needed. Most awesome giant cupcake cakes! Loved the blackforest like jam filling!!

Great little bakery on the coast.. always has yummy treats.. I used to go there after school and get the swirls... mmm sometimes with passionfruit icing...
