We find the food excellent and always get great service. A few of our favorites are, Curry Puffs and the Duck Spring Rolls are superb, along with the Red Curry Duck and the Beef Massaman

When you think of Lygon Street you usually think Italian, not Thai so I was amazed to find such a fantastic Thai restaurant in "Little Italy". The experience begins when you arrive at Lemongrass and are politely greeted by the lovely staff who escort you to your perfectly laid out table. The server de is excellent - polite and respectful and staff appear genuinely thankful for your custom. Food is first class. Traditional Thai with quality, fresh ingredients. Overall a truly lovely and enjoyable dining experience.

i have to admit this restaurant's a bit oddly/awkwardly placed in the 'italian district' but definitely worth going to if you're craving thai cuisine - heaps of options to choose from, very authentic flavours and all quite fragrant as well

Incredible. Best Thai in Melbourne if not Australia. Incredible attention to detail, quality and service. Not the cheapest Thai but that's not why you should come... Their food far surpasses any Thai I've ever had. Royal Thai is something special and these guys do it properly. Ten stars.

Each Friday my work colleagues and I go for thai lunch, so today we would we try Lemongrass for the first time.

We were totally impressed from when we walked in, such an elaborately decorated and modern restaurant! The waiter was very polite and efficient in seating us and getting water for the table. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions for lunch.

Since we only had less than an hour for our break, we ordered from the "street food menu" which is a range of meals served all day, basically a lunch menu. We ordered a red curry with chicken and a seafood laksa.

The curry dish was so fragrant and lots of delicious flavours, it was not as we expected as it did not come in a bowl cooked in coconut cream/milk, but it was lovely, the steamed rice was a good accompaniment,

my friend's laksa with seafood looked amazing! definitely ordering that next time! she asked for seafood to be used instead of seafood and the waiter was very accomodating to her request.

I personally found the portion to be a bit smaller in comparison to other Thai restaurants for lunch deals, but the delicious aroma and flavour made up for it

looking at the menu, which was extensive including banquets, it was pricey, about 20 to 30 per dish (approximately!!) but i am it will be worth it

definitely want to go back for a leisurely dinner sometime!

Fantastic Authentic Thai! No matter how many times I go there. No matter how busy they are. Either lunch or dinner I have found their service and quality of food always to be consistant and delicious.

Nice authentic thai food. We always have a great experience here, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Overall very happy, it is a bit pricey but meals are delicious.

The best Thai I had ever, I love the pud Thai, green curry chicken & massaman curry are very yum. Romantic ambience and good service. Everything above the standard of our expectation. This is a 5 stars Thai food restaurant !

Saw this first in the age food guide and had great reviews, so i tried it for myself. I tried a praw & duck chilli stirfry and it just fell apart in my mouth it was cooked perfectly. They also do takeaway! Really nice place to come for a date!
