I am incredibly grateful to spend some time with Lenish practicing Kriya yoga under his guidance. Such a good human being very humble, ancient knowledge with wisdom. I have done a five day practice of Kriya Yoga under the guidance of Lenish it was truly a wonderful experience. The most important thing Lenish gave me was the tools to create health in myself by yoking ourselves, Ourselves being all of us not just our physical body and I have realized that Yoga is not just a physical exercise. Lenish guided me and taught me to connect with my inner feelings, with our thoughts and I am enjoying my practice everyday. Thank you Lenish and Namaste! The phrase I have heard most during my time with Lenish is "Do Good and Good things will follow! let the ego go."
