Utterly blown away, no other way to describe it. Had been perturbed by another establishment in the same complex and very nearly didn't even go to Lens Pro, but it would of been one of the biggest mistakes of our lives not to! From the instant we walked in, Larry, Tracy and Nigel bent over backwards to provide not only what we needed but astounding service and friendliness to go with it. Because of working in the bush, we needed between us 7 different pairs of glasses, 2 pairs were in our possession within and hour!!!!! 4 more by 10 am the next day. Service like that these days is so sadly unheard of. I cant possibly recommend Lens Pro enough, but, it is the people within this store that make the store and all three have great PR skills, something the service industry sadly so frequently over looks. It you need glasses or a check up or frame tune up and your near Strathpine, do yourself a huge favour and make yourself known to these genuinely friendly and helpful people.
