Travelling through and needed a set of tyres in a hurry due to 2 unexpected failures. Bit of an odd size for out here (227/70R14C) Darrel managed to procure and land 4 and have them fitted within 36 hrs of being contacted a great effort considering the location! Priced very reasonably, could of very easliy taken advantage of the situation but instead delivered at near city pricing!

A flat and 2 destroyed tyres in one day, hence out of spares. 30kms out of town and up the proverbial. Contacted Brendan who drove out, collected a rim, returned to town, fitted a new tyre and delivered it back, all in under 2 hours of the situation developing. Service above and beyond and absolutely didn't take any advantage of a situation when he could of very easily. Deserve every success in business.

Utterly blown away, no other way to describe it. Had been perturbed by another establishment in the same complex and very nearly didn't even go to Lens Pro, but it would of been one of the biggest mistakes of our lives not to! From the instant we walked in, Larry, Tracy and Nigel bent over backwards to provide not only what we needed but astounding service and friendliness to go with it. Because of working in the bush, we needed between us 7 different pairs of glasses, 2 pairs were in our possession within and hour!!!!! 4 more by 10 am the next day. Service like that these days is so sadly unheard of. I cant possibly recommend Lens Pro enough, but, it is the people within this store that make the store and all three have great PR skills, something the service industry sadly so frequently over looks. It you need glasses or a check up or frame tune up and your near Strathpine, do yourself a huge favour and make yourself known to these genuinely friendly and helpful people.

Wandered in with a bit of a question mark over the worth of the vehicle battery after a suspect cold morning start. I am an Auto Electrician by trade, but because of being "on the road" I didn't have access to test the battery myself. They were happy to test the battery on the spot, did it with good testing knowledge, loading the battery sufficiently to truly test the capacity yet not enough to kill an otherwise good battery. End result, just one of those intermittent mysteries and the battery showed fine. The cost when asked, " You'll be right mate, next time" I know the cost of operating a workshop and few these days still give their time in small amounts for free. This is one of those businesses that still knows what "Service" within a service industry means. I hope if you are in the area and need their services, you give them a go.

These guys are very much "wholesalers" you get exceptional value for what you buy, what isn't in the pricing structure is a lot of service. Basically if you know what your talking about with computers, the service is fast and efficient, and amazingly low pricing, however, if computers are somewhat of a mystery to you, you could feel disappointed. Be honest with your own level of computer knowledge and if you believe you know enough to ask for what you want by name after you have checked out their downloadable price list, then you would be hard pressed to find better pricing anywhere!

Rarely do we eat out, but we were a long way from home and needed a feed. We ordered a meal for 2, well, we could of shared it with another couple plus a flock of seagulls and still had ample! The salads were nice and fresh and the quantity we received for the money was exceptional, as was the service of the owner. Totally recommended.

If you have any need for a filter, Greg has all the information and he is more than willing to listen to your needs and sell you only what you need to get the job done. Even with off beat situations, recently I needed filtration for vegetable oil, his recommendations are working perfectly. His response to an email is nothing short of amazing also. Shipping costs are more than fair and prices are the best I have ever come across.

If your looking for an inverter that really means business, these people manufacture ones that not only get the job done, but do it with ease and I find very efficiently on the batteries powering it. I run a 1500W Pure Sign wave, and it has performed flawlessly in the 2 1/2 years I have owned it. The only tiny little hiccup, the remote switch decided after about 14 months of pretty constant use it wanted to have a rest. I called to ask advice, they were horrified it had let go and 4 days later I had a new one in my hand, totally free of charge! To say these people are a pleasure to do business with would be a gross understatement!

The carry a good range in stock, and very rarely do I walk out without everything I wanted first time.

Fantastic range of ACTUALLY fresh fruit and vegies ( which is not something you could accuse the big boys in Gawler of providing!) The staff as always friendly and courteous, and go out of their way to procure things if you want them and they happen not to already stock it. And the best part, most product is from local growers.
