This is a very reliable and great club because they teach you everything you need to know. Someone I know does this and is very impressed with it becase it is fun.

My daughter has been attending this judo club for 2yrs now and we have been very impressed with her progress. It offers a fun sport which helps keep her fit and also gives her confidence.
They have 2 classes, the 6.30-7.30 is for juniors and they have great fun while learning all the tumbles and throws etc. The class after is for seniors.
Would thoroughly recommend this to anybody looking for a great way to keep your kids active while still having fun.
They offer a few lessons free to start off with too which is always handy if you're not sure if you're going to like it or not.
