We use these guys for our tax and have always found them to be very easy to talk to and make the whole process quick and easy.
Their fees aren't the best but you get what you pay for.
If your kids are into the Billabong, Roxy etc then this is the place to visit. Their prices are no different to other surf shops but they do have a better range for the kids. My daughter doesn't like pink so we normally end up here as they have a wider range including blues for the girls which the others don't always stock.
They also stock all the usual accessories like pencil cases, wallets etc
They have a huge range of camping equipment to suit most budgets. We did buy a camp bed which was faulty when we unwrapped it but they were more than happy to replace it and even got the new one out in the shop to check it was ok.
You can also get your gas bottles filled here at a reasonable rate.
We always visit this little cafe after surfing on Moana beach.
It's got a great atmosphere and their hot chocolate with marshmallows always warms us up nicely. They have a good variety of cakes and do the usual cafe meals too.
Great relaxed atmosphere.
If you like Olives you've got to visit here. They have lots of different flavors to try as well as all the different olive soaps etc. We've found their olive soap and lip balm to be especially good for my daughter as she has eczema.
Also a good place to take any visiting rellies.
We have found this place to be great value especially if you like Tawny or Ruby Port.
You can take your own container to fill or buy theirs. It's not your top quality stuff but for what you pay it's great. My hubby is really choosy with his Port but he really likes their Ruby which is just brilliant value.
They also do ginger wine, sherry etc
Worth a trip out to do a bit of tasting, at those prices you're bound to come away with something.
Great little cafe for meeting up with friends for a coffee or lunch.
We've spent many a lunch time watching the dolphins play while having a coffee and chat. It's a beautiful location and we've always had a lovely cake/meal and relaxed, friendly service.
Think they may wish they had more seating outside once the weather warms up though.
Came across this shop by chance as my usual place was out of stock of the dog food I generally use. Mixed feelings about it.
First the good.
They have a huge range of different birds plus the usual fish and a few reptiles which all seem to be in very good condition. I'm going to have to go back just to take the kids for a look at all the different birds.
They don't stock a huge range of dog food but offer a good budget brand.
The bad.
Having bought 2 tubs of live crickets I found that 1 pack had obviously not had their food changed for a very long time as it was covered in black mold and the crickets were virtually all dead the 2nd tub was a bit better but they haven't lasted very long at home.
Therefore I would not buy crickets from there again but will be visiting with the kids and probably for dog food.
Not only have I found this shop to stock a wide range of instruments, music etc they also offer lessons. I booked my hubby in for his first course as he's been talking about learning to play the guitar for ages. He's thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back for more. The guy is very easy to understand and encourages him through his fumbling!
My daughter has been attending this judo club for 2yrs now and we have been very impressed with her progress. It offers a fun sport which helps keep her fit and also gives her confidence.
They have 2 classes, the 6.30-7.30 is for juniors and they have great fun while learning all the tumbles and throws etc. The class after is for seniors.
Would thoroughly recommend this to anybody looking for a great way to keep your kids active while still having fun.
They offer a few lessons free to start off with too which is always handy if you're not sure if you're going to like it or not.
