As a landlord, I've had my property with this agency for four years now and I'm pretty happy with the job they've done so far. They do 4 inspections a year when everyone else does 2, and do their best to make sure there are no problems with the tenants. They action my requests, and attend to required repairs promptly. They treat me like I'm a valued client, something I don't always get with other agents.

They were more than happy to organise a time for me to inspect the property at a time that suited myself and flatmate. Since that time they have conducted inspections at regular occasions and tended to any work on the property which I requested.

The staff are always polite which in my years dealing with agents this is rare.
