1 review about Lg Customer Service

There isn't really a category for this as LG doesn't actually have stores. But I really want everyone to know that if you buy an Lg product you don't have to worry about shitty service if anything breaks down!

My family purchased a huge tv quite some time ago. over 50".

It was working perfectly for a good year or 2 when one corner of the screen started going blue. over the next few weeks the blue crept up till it was covering a substantial corner of the screen. Knowing the tv was definitely out of the warranty period we called lg to find out if they knew what was wrong and if it could be fixed.

Apparently alot of this model tv were experiencing the same problem as the manufacturer of the light bulb they were using had a fault in it.

Heaps of people had already called in to complain and were issued new tvs. Unfortunately for us they had run out of that model tv as they had to replace so many...

So instead they sent us a NEWER model tv, that was even BIGGER!! for FREE!

by boyfriend is a bit of a cheapass so we bought a kogan tv.. we have had a few dramas so will write a review on them once the drama is over so i can tell you how their service compares...

But i wouldn't hesitate in buying any lg product!
