This company seemed good until we decided to go back to our old accountants. Getting our files was like pulling teeth and then our old accountant advised that our previous years return (which this company completed) should be redone as a lot was missed by them regarding our investments. To top it off they lost a lot of our information due to 'data system failure' so we never got some of our files back at all. To be fair we went to them because others we know like them, but I would advise only going to them if your return is fairly simple and you are sure you are going to stay with them, as extracting ourselves became a major drama.
