I checked out all of the gyms around Newtown before signing up with one. This one has the best of all worlds. Quality equipment, no queues, good classes with very interactive instructors. If you are willing to pay the exorbitant prices that gyms charge in general, this one is probably better value than most. The music is present but not overpowering - no DOOF DOOF here which is a nice change. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Lifestyle Fitness is only about 18 months old so it's still a pretty new gym, lots of cardio equipment, also a good weights area. Classes are fun ... boxing, spin, yoga, pilates & more.
