We needed 12 downlights for our building project. I had NO IDEA about any lighting and no experience in shopping for this. My builder suggested Lighting Illusions and I walked in, said what I wanted and the staff were very helpful, taking the time to explain to me that I needed transformers, bulbs, etc. They even gave me a DISCUONT because I purchased 12.
