After having walked our dog on and off for 3 years, Carina send us a text to advise us she could no longer provide us with her services. There was no explanation given. All invoices have been paid in full. I willing to admit I’m not always a prompt payer (work and kids get in the way of billing paying night) but as a previous business owner I would never stop providing a service to my clients if they paid me 10-15 days late. I figured out early in my business that clients generally paid me when they got paid and I always gave them minimum 30 days to pay as standard policy. lil & Bow have now lost my business and the business of my family and friends. I will no longer recommend her business to our community. We are very disappointed that our relationship ended this way. ..... there are plenty of other dog walkers..... it’s a booming business.

As soon as i met Sari i knew that she understood the personality and needs of my highly energetic Kelpie 4 year old called Jack. She shows complete confidence in her abilities and obviously enjoys her job with a passion. She communicated with me so clearly the processes that she goes through to make sure the dogs are cared for and exercised to suit their individual needs. She is a pleasure to work with and it's not just Jack who gets excited after being with Sari but i am always interested to know what they've been upto while I'm at work and she always lets me know! She is creative with where she takes Jack out for his walk to make the experience worth while. I am so pleased to find somebody who shares a love of dogs, most importantly she is so caring. Would highly recommend Lil & Bow for any dog training. She did an amazing job training our puppy Ollie. We have been having our bichon frise Edith walked by Lil and Bow since she was 5 months old. Sari and Carina have been wonderful with matching Edith with suitable dogs to walk with, and she has learnt to walk on the lead much better since being with Lil and Bow. We have complete trust in lil and bow and find them a pleasure to deal with, if ever we need to change our days our request is always met with a smile. We always come home to a relaxed tired dog on walking days and take great comfort knowing that Edith is walking with her regular buddies and having fun while we are at work! You can just tell that Sari and Carina are dog lovers who really care, they will always let us know what Edith has been up to and also provide tips and photos which are great for us newer parents. Highly recommend lil and bow to anyone who wants their dog to have fun and be happy!

I've used a few dog walkers and trainers over the last few years for my very headstrong little Jack Russel / Foxy cross and he's never been happier! He has a whole social life I know nothing about thanks to Sari. She is incredibly professional and a real delight. Also very patient - I can be real scatter brain but she's always patient and a great communicator. Can't recommend this service highly enough - Sari rocks!

My Husband and I had a mini break at short notice. Even though we had my mother move in and dog sit for the week, she would not have been able to walk our 2 babies by herself. Sari had been recommended by a friend of mine, who I know would never let someone walk her dogs if she didn't trust them. Sari came and met Ruby and Rory, she was very thorough in showing us her police report, her dog training certificates and we completed detailed profiles for each dog listing their behaviors and walking styles. Our dogs immediately took to Sari and even though we were not here to see her collect and drop them off, my mother tells me they did not hesitate to head out of the house with her. A nice touch to the service was she sent us pictures of our dogs out walking which was delightful touch while we were away. We had another mini break last week and Lil and Bow were called in yet again. I would recommend the service of Lil and Bow and wouldn't hesitate to utilise their service again. King georj gets walked by Sari 4 days a week. I would not trust anyone else with my golden retriever. She is professional and takes into account the personalities of dogs so they match properly for her dog walks. Georj is always delightfully exhausted and content upon return. Sari puts into consideration his arthritis and does gentle paced walks for an hr a day. he has never come back limping and is always in good form. Sari recently helped us with our puppy Dash. She was great. She gave us a series of tips and techniques for how to train Dash, and we're already seeing significant improvement in obedience and behaviour. She was knowledgeable, explained things simply and clearly, was easy to get on with and was very professional. Would recommend her highly.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Sari. She walks my shy dog weekly, providing feedback if there are any issues. She's even managed to get my dog to walk with other dogs! This is real progress. Sari has also provided clear, easy to follow guidelines for training which have been very helpful. What's more my dog loves her!
