went in for a trim Worst haircut i have ever had. I have been there several times. THE OWNER DOES A DECENT CUT two weeks ago I had a hair cut the girl mangled it. one side was left longer than the other the top is mangled cannot do anything with it.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I asked them first that do they remove the keratin hair extensions? And they said yes with full confident. And I know that they have to use the plier to cut the keratin bond and easily pull off the extensions. Instead of doing that, they used the hair straightener to flatten the keratin bond and pulled out my extensions. I warned them at the start that they had to use the plier not heating up with the straightener. They didn’t seem like they understand what I was even suggesting. They made it look so easy and so confident and pulling out my extensions one by one. I reckon they made that keratin bond to stick on my hair and left my hair with big damage. And I lost a lot of hair and still couldn’t even get rid of those flatten bond in my hair. At the end I blame myself for going there and trusting them with my head. Very very disappointed. Never go back there again for anything. They should have told me the truth that they don’t know how to remove simple as that.

I have been a loyal customer to the company and will continue to be. I don't go to the hairdressers to have a gossip session but instead i always get what i want. I'll get a trim if that's what i ask for, and if i want a complete new look i always take an image of what i've seen.
Overall, paying $25 for a wash, cut and straightening is something you won't find elsewhere.

Good customer service, friendly staff, Great hairdressers, what more could i ask for? I decided to pop in here because Tommy's was crowded, and what do you know! These guys are great as well! I described of what I wanted done and they made my hair exactly like i wanted. A bit more expensive than other springvale hairdressers though, but i dont mind.

Been to this place before to have my hair cut. They did exactly the same as what I describe. Prepare to wait for at least half an hour in the weekends. Opposite to Tommy's hairdresser.

Overall good value - I had a wash and cut for $25, the hairstyle was a simple bob with layers. Just opposite, Tommy's did a similar style for me a few months ago for $20 (wash and cut) but I think Lilly's did a slightly better job. A simple neat cut but nothing mind blowing.

the place is so small and always busy during weekend. they are cheap and quick service as well. the staff is nice

I just love this hair salon because the hairdresser know exactly how to style your hair. My hair cuts only cost around $10 and it looks fabulous - I receive compliments all the time!
The last time I was there, I asked for long layers but the hairdresser gave me more short choppy layers, but I think that it looks much better! They really know how to style hair well. There is a very long wait usually, and people might push ahead, but the styling is great.

I always come back to this hairdressers because I love it here. The people aren't afraid to go all out to attend to you and always listen carefully to everything you say. I've never had a bad experience here.
