Hyundai parts cost an absolute fortune!
This is what you never know until it's too late.
I paid $5K to get the steering fixed - on a $13K Accent!
No beef with this dealership, but I'd really like all potential buyers to be aware

New/used car sales staff were fantastic, sales staff are not pushy and they competed with a fabulous price for a demo with 3k's on the clock. It made the trip from Central Victoria well worth while. Local dealers look up the book and give you a price. No bargaining. Not interested. Lilydale Hyundai quite obviously care about their customers and care that they come back. We intend to have our Hyundai serviced even though we have quite a hike, it's worth it for their service.

Service so good when we purchased SantaFe we returned a month later and traded Audi on a Sonata, and haven't looked back. Old fashioned service and Value from Bill.

Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, however the staff (especially Bill) at Lilydale Hyundai were fantastic.

They were very patient and not pushy at all!! That was a huge plus as other Hyundai dealers I had visited tended to be a bit cocky and arrogant! Not so at Lilydale. I was very satisfied with the service and the deal that I received.
