I completely agree with the other reviewer. The quality of their pet meat is far superior to anything else I've bought in petshops. If you buy small quantities you don't save much compared with pet shop prices but if you buy in bulk - by bulk I mean about 10kgs (I think) then the price is under $4.00 for kangaroo and rabbit. I travel from the hills but I think its worth it. Some people have claimed the meat doesn't have preservatives but when I asked them about it, the person I spoke with wasn't certain about it. Perhaps I needed to speak to the owner. If it is preservative free, apart from the general benefits, it's also better for animals with skin and allergy problems. Its a good idea to ring in advance and place an order otherwise they may not have what you want if you just go to the store

Company moved about 2 months ago (approx Sept 2014) to Kilsyth. New address has been submitted to WOMO for update and there's a new phone number. Be warned if you buy in bulk like me and don't contact them very often they seem to have absolved themselves from letting their customers know when they place an order

Great quality fresh meat processed on site. My dogs love it. Frank is very friendly, helpful and knows his business. He takes great care with cleanliness. My dog is part of our family and I would not be comfortable giving him anything but the best. I have tried other products and they do not compare well with the quality of Lilydale Pet Food.
