Went in to ask the price of the doona they had displayed and found to my surprise that it was very reasonable ($60 on special). Toni was very happy to be of service and was able to assist with matching accessories, because of her friendly service I then went on to mention that I had been looking for a specific doona set that my daughter had on her wish list (I only had a description of the doona and nothing more sepcific than that except that it was featured in "Dolly" or "Girlfriend") and asked if she had it in stock. She knew exactly which doona set I was describing and said although she didn't have it in stock she had ordered for another customer. She then said that being Saturday she would be unable to check for me until Monday when they would be open. She took my contact details and said she would make some calls and let me know early the next week.
I was delighted when she followed through on her promise and called me on Monday. Unfortunately she was unable to get me one, but due to the excellent service I promised myself that I would always shop there first for any manchester needs. I have since gone back to purchase another doona set the size I wanted was out of stock but she ordered one on for me and I had it within the week. On looking for some cushions she was more than happy to show me her catalogues when I couldn't find anything I liked and I am now waiting for them to arrive. I can highly recommend this store for the excellent service and reasonably priced manchester within.
