my first visit was excellent, only because the woman on her 'front desk' was NOT there. The massage girl welcomed me politely and I had one of the best massages to date.

on my second visit I got in contact with the 'front desk woman', bore to death on her mobile tweets, I simply asked her If I can get the same thai deep tissue massage for 35bucks as last week, she repeatadly advised me to decide from her mobile app and choose an offer, however thai deep tissue was not listed, so I simply requested to get as last time (for 35 bucks) the same massage as it was possible just a week ago,...she got angrier and angrier as she simply did not want to communicate in a normal & polite "Service business" format, she got so angry with me that when I showed her on the website that it was called thai deep tissue, she told me that "she is refusing" to massage me now, though I don't believe she even capable of doing that right.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, didn't even mind the lispelling and trying to understand what she was saying, no problem with that, but she did not understand that a business to grow and survive required customers.

Customers pay her and her colleagues living...

They do an excellent thourough massage here,I went in knotted and tight n left relaxed n feeling better!prices are good,shop is clean,not a spa vibe but nice enough,massage is worth going there but.

Recently had a full body massage here with stones.! Oh my it was the best massage I've ever had.

I was skeptical at first as I wasn't sure massage would be deep tissue and my wife purchased a scoopon voucher for me for my birthday. So glad she did now, was super relaxed after the massage, they did a great job and I would definitely go back again!

Friendly staff with open-minded. Not so big shop, only 4 beds and 2 chairs. I asked them for deep tissue and yeah, I've got it exactly what I wanted.

We booked with a voucher. We attempted to book about five times, and each time there is no availability at nights or on weekends.

When we showed up the lady was rude to me. We should have left then. The girls were rude and talked loudly, laughing to each other throughout. The carpet is stained and hasn't been cleaned, it wasn't great to put your bare feet on.

They don't respect your privacy and leave the flimsy curtains open, so be ready for everyone to be able to see you.

Then they cut us short on time also. We were 5 minutes late so I expected it to be 55 mins, instead of the 60, but it was actually 40 minutes. I didn't complain as I wanted to get out of that awful place with rude staff.

Don't pay full price, don't even go with a voucher. I went to a beauty salon the previous day which included a delightful head massage and my experience was 300 times better.

Buyer beware.

Had a Royal Thai Massage and reflexology (used an Our Deal voucher). Rang to make the appointment. Prompt phone call returned. The massage was the full deal (not a sample like some on line deals). And the massage was so good. Definitely going back again. And their opening hours are very long and 7 days per week.

only other place for a better Thai massage is in Thailand. Price varies on treatment and there is usually a deal to be found however the full advertised price is worth every cent

This business is an absolute joke. I purchased a voucher for a 90 min thai massage and for a month prior to the expiry date I tried to contact them countless times to make an appointment. I tried to email them 5 times and called over 20 times but there was never a reply email or a answer on the telephone. They never returned my calls after leaving my name and number every time. However, a day after my voucher expired, there is no surpise they answered the phone and then refused to honour my voucher. I 100% beleive this was done on purpose so that they did not have to honour my voucher and I would hate to think how many more people they did this to! Absolutley disgraceful!
