Was introduced to this place by friends and loved the dishes. Authentic dishes in Greensborough- great! we needed a vietnamese kitchen. Went quite a number of times....until I smelt the strong odour of urine....it was terrible and has put me off going back until they renovate. Not a smell you want when your eating your spring rolls and beef with tomato...i love the food...just not the restaurant!

Outdated decor, I felt like maybe it wasn't completley clean but maybe it's just be being picky. We waited over 50 minutes, it was not busy and I think they'd forgotten about us even though we reminded our waitress. My chicken and cashews was really dry, didnt enjoy it and my partner didnt love his beef dish either and we got mkas on the way home. Wont be going back

Busy restaurant, and you often need to ask for service. Food is great, very fresh, big serves. Love their chicken spring rolls! Owner is always there to greet you and send you off with a wave :) Huge menu also between the table menu and various special menus around on the walls.

sorry to say but very poor service at this place went there for friends bday they dont have much choice or vegetarian people even forgot one of my friends meal who were with a 4yr old and she had to wait almost an hour for

I really enjoy the Pho soup at this restaurant and all the other dishes are top quality as well. The setting is not glamorous but it is comforatble and pretty good for the area.

When we first moved to Greensborough, we couldn't get enough of this place - top quality food that we all enjoyed very much. We haven't been back for a while; no real reason, other than the restaurant hasn't changed at all in the last 2 years. The staff are super friendly, and the take away menu is good quality and value. We enjoyed a very impressive Vietnamese New Year function there earlier this year, complete with firecrackers and a dancing dragon, although disappointingly the food served that day (only available as a "banquet") was disappointingly pedestrian and of poor quality, definitely out of character for this place!

Quick takeaway service....amazing rice vermicelli noodle salad with spring rolls, and also pork chop on steamed rice......DELICIOUS. Always busy and friendly.

I regularly visit here for lunch and the odd quick dinner. At first glance the restaurant looks pretty average, but the menu is vast and the food is great. Quick service even when they're busy. A great spot to grab dinner before heading over to see a movie, or to grab a quick eat-in lunch when working.

One of the best affordable restaurants in the area. San choy bau, honey chicken, chicken with cashews, mongolian beef are all yummy. The only thing is that I wonder what they are cleaning their dishes with as, like some other Asian restaurants, there is a bit of an aftertaste of chlorine in some of the plainer dishes (e.g. steamed rice). Would be great if they could change this.

Every time we have been there is has been fantastic. The salt pepper squid is always a favorite and so is the won ton soup
