This review is for Aus Vi Bakery, Rosanna VIC

My best experience of this bakery/cafe was a public holiday one year (I can't remember precisely which one - Christmas or Good Friday), when all the other cafes in the strip were closed, but Aus-Vi was open! They made me a lovely coffee, and I also bough a couple of delicious cakes to enjoy (from memory I also got one free - thank you!). Although we have moved from Rosanna now, we miss looking through Aus-Vi's selection of giftwares as we used to on our Saturday walks. Those were the days!

My son and I come here every couple of months to get a haircut - definitely a "no-frills" kind of place, but cheap, quick, efficient and good. The hairdressers are also definitely more friendly and experienced than most in these sorts of places, and coming here is always a pleasure. Highly recommended for haircuts for the whole family.

Although I have not been to the Richmond store, the newly opened shop in Greensborough Plaza is FANTASTIC! Not only do they have an amazing variety of food, generally cheaper prices than the supermarkets, and super quick and efficient staff, they pretty much offer their entire range for free tastings! I keep coming back, and back, and back. I particularly love the moroccan cashews - one of my all time favourite snacks.

For the simple "WOW" factor, you can't go past this place - it has more food-related items than anywhere else on the planet, from cookbooks, utensils, pots, pans, and specialty foods. I could happily browse here for day. With this super selection naturally comes a price - you definitely pay top dollar for what you get. This is well worth it though. However, the place is grossly understaffed for its size - forget about getting any assistance with product selection or asking questions about ingredients, and you usually have to wait at least 5-7 minutes at the checkout to be served, even with few other customers at the store. However, these negatives are minor, and this place is an experience well worth a visit.

This review is for Tielka, Agnes Water QLD

A brand new concept in tea - Tielka offers a host to come to your house and run a "tea-party", with certified organic and fair trade teas of more flavours and colors than I thought possible. All tea is available for purchase, as are wonderful tea glasses, tea pots and many other tea-related odds and ends. Well worth checking out - a great new addition to the diffeent "parties" that can be hosted.

Not being computer literate in the slightest, we were recommended this business by my super computer-savvy brother-in-law when we were looking to buy both a new desktop PC and a laptop. Within ten minutes, the quirky, yet professional staff member had figured out what we wanted to do on each, and showed us the best model for our needs. We left, checked out the specs, checked out the price, and realised we were getting super deals! You can't go past this place when buying a new computer - we won't when we next need one.

Definitely one of the most popular cafes in Greensborough; they make excellent coffee, and have a wide and varied dining menu. Only two things let this place down - one is the price, where each dish is overpriced by maybe a few dollars, and the other is the service. Very rarely have we eaten there and had no errors made by the serving staff in procesing our order. One time we went there for my wife's birthday, and hey forgot to bring her meal out twice (we eventually got it free, and took it away with us as we were leaving). That said, as we have been back several times, one can easily overlook these minor shortcomings. A popular and trendy Greensborough favourite.

This review is for Rustic Sourdough Bakery, Greensborough VIC

This bakery makes the finest olive ciabattas in the known universe. You simply cannot buy better. They open early in the morning, so if you are out for a morning walk, drop by, buy one, and have it for breakfast. They have recently set up a couple of tables, chairs and a coffee machine, and the one time I had a coffee there, I was extremely impressed. A very welcome addition to the Greensborough bakery scene, which has needed this step up in quality for a long time!

When you think of shopping centres, you don't usually think of superb coffee. However, this place does undoubtedly the best coffee in all of Greensborough. Their freshly squeezed juices are also worth the trip for. They also have ridiculously cheap breakfast and lunch meals, which are also great tasting, fresh, and good-sized portions. The only thing which (very slightly) lets this place down is the service - I'd love to see the staff get some simple training in customer relations, as this is the only thing which needs improving! Keep up the fantastic food and drink, guys!
