The prices of the products (especially RTD's and spirits) were very high - around 50% higher than what we usually pay when we buy our alcohol from a larger store. The young lady who served us was sullen and rude, didn't offer a greeting or farewell and answered questions very curtly. I don't usually mind paying a little extra to support a local business but next time I will avoid using this particular shop unless absolutely necessary.
