The shop was very clean and the piercer immediately made me feel at ease. He showed me all of the health and safety precautions they take (single-use needles, sterilized jewelry and waste-disposal methods) and went through what to expect. I chose my jewelry and it was all done very quickly. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.

We moved from Katoomba to Springwood, and had troubles finding a business that would take a small job at short notice. All District Removals were very accommodating, slotting us in between jobs they already had scheduled in the area. The men who loaded our furniture and boxes were lovely and very careful not to damage anything. We were moved within hours, but never felt rushed or unimportant.

The prices of the products (especially RTD's and spirits) were very high - around 50% higher than what we usually pay when we buy our alcohol from a larger store. The young lady who served us was sullen and rude, didn't offer a greeting or farewell and answered questions very curtly. I don't usually mind paying a little extra to support a local business but next time I will avoid using this particular shop unless absolutely necessary.

There's a wide variety of products and services available. The staff were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I was also very impressed that the store is pet friendly.

I went in to buy a gift card for my brother's birthday (which had a range of security measures in case it gets lost or stolen) and ended up buying lots of clothes as well. They stock lots of fashionable brands, and had a clearance corner as well as deals on full-priced items. The staff member was very helpful and told me about all of the specials that were on. The clothes were fairly expensive but no more so than other stores who stock similar brands.

The decor was spectacular and fitted in well with the old style of the whole hotel. There was a small cover charge which entitled us to free use of the cloak room. The bartenders were energetic and fun, and the atmosphere was great. We stayed until 3.30am when the bar closed and the security guards were very helpful, ensuring we got safely to a taxi.

I joined at the beginning of the year and I am thrilled with the facilities provided. There are heaps of weight machines, free weights and cardio machines. Fitness classes are run throughout the day and there are pool facilities available. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the monthly cost is very affordable.

The store was very large with big variety of products. The prices were fairly standard compared to other liquor stores. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering to assist me with carrying my purchases to the car.

We've used the animal hospital many times, for general check-ups, and also for an emergency. All of the staff are very personable and have a wonderful relationship with the animals. They are very understanding and are by far the most reasonably priced vet we've used.

We had solar panels put on our roof to reduce our energy bill. The team of 3 arrived on time and got to work straight away. They explained how the panels work and how it will reduce our power costs. The job was done alot quicker than we'd anticipated and they were more than happy to answer our questions.
