I had a very last minute need for a babysitter on a Sunday afternoon. They had a sitter confirmed within 24 hours of my booking. They were thoroughly professional in dealing with me and the sitter was just wonderful. She played games and read stories for the whole time, and made popcorn. The children were very happy with her despite only just meeting her. And they were great at being able to find a sitter that had worked with children with special needs, so I felt even more confident with their service. Their fees are very reasonable too.

I will happily contact Lisa's again and highly recommend them to everyone.

This agency has been a lifesaver on several occasions especially as we have no family in Melbourne to call on. It was recommended to me almost 5 years ago and I have been using & recommending this agency ever since. Over the years, we have met many wonderful experienced sitters/nannies through Brooke; from young energetic girls to the more "experienced" carers - one has now been officially adopted as my sons Melbourne Grandma :). I have always left the house confident that my little boy is safe and well looked after. The best endorsement has to be how often my son asks me "when is the sitter coming back to play with me??"!!

Lisas staffing is fantastic, i have been a sitter and party helper with lisas for a few years now and have also heard great feedback from the people who have booked me regarding the service and staff. I would highly recommend them if you need staff or if you are looking to work in these areas.

I booked my unit to be cleaned based on the review left by sharniw as I needed the grout in my shower cleaned. Skye did an awesome job. Brooke was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend Skye and Lisa's Staffing Solutions.

I had my house cleaned and Skye did a fantastic job. Even scrubbing the bathroom grout back to sparkling white! Brooke the owner was quick to return my call, and get my booking through. She was extremely pleasant, and followed up with confirmation texts. Very happy. Have recommended to all my friends, and will be booking with them again.

I originally started using Lisa's Staffing Solutions when Lisa owned it, it has recently been taken over by Brooke Parsons and I am really impressed with Brooke's professionalism and responsiveness. We now have a regular babysitter we love!
