Lite n' Easy

I have just started with lite n easy and I love it!!
I love that you are not stuck in a contract and can choose to skip a week if you need to. The food is delicious! I always enjoy getting up of a morning and seeing what I'm having for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Excellent service. Even comes out to country SA. Excellent range of meals to choose from. Well packaged in a foam box and can be left outside for a few hours. Lovely food.

Second time I'm committed.. So all up I've lost over 20kgs since having bubs no.2 over 2 years ago & feel great.

This is a fabulous service for anyone trying to eat a balanced diet, lose weight or just simplify their life. It truly is lite food and the whole procedure is so easy, having it delivered to your door. The only possible negative really is the $20 extra charge for after-hours delivery; as that's tough for people who work and live in apartment buildings with no porch to leave it on :(

i love lite n easy. the food comes right to the door. i usually loose about 4 kg straight away when i go on it.
the food is really nice and you get such a great variety. I dont eat that well when i cook for the family. the only draw back is that it is quite expensive if you have to pay for 2 adults then buy kids extra food. it would be very economical however if you were living alone or just as a couple. you also don't have to shop and it saves you time cooking and mess.

Ordered 7 days worth of food. Loved the breakfasts and lunches, and snacks. Dreaded the dinners. Was hard to stick to because the dinners were average. Pasta dishes were good, but I can't eat them every night

I paid $110 for a weeks worth of dinners that i chose from the menu, I hated the food. The food just crystalised in the packaging in my freezer, my sister had the same problem you open the packet and theres chunks of ice inside. The food is awful, it's really that bad. Fragrant thai chicken, even the fish and chips were just the worst things i've ever eaten. Threw them out. Teaches you portion size, only plus i can give

Being busy and looking for a way to lose weight before my wedding I was ready to try anything and had tried several other weight lose solutions without any real results so as one last attempt me and my partner thought we would give it a shot.

We decided to have the dinner only meals rather than a whole meal plan. I can say you will loose weight using lite and easy. I have lost several kilos since using lite and easy.

The down side is I love cooking and I really miss our regular dinner meals but it is a good start to losing weight, reaching the target and moving on from that.

The meals are hit and miss somethings taste great others are just horrible. It is really up to personal taste though. The meals are small so expect to feel hungry but you can substitute your own healthy snacks. Once you get use to the program you'll find you will feel less hungry as you go on.

Value is pretty good the meals equal about what you would expect to pay for your regular shopping anyways and it's convenient delivered to your door you can throw it in the freezer and pull it out as you need.

On the down side it is really just microwaved food so it tastes like it... but it is worth the results.

The customer service people are great though the website could really use an update.

Tried several different companies before and I must they are much better. Reliable delivery. Food can get boring and not much vegetarian meals but at least they are sealed air tight unlike some other smaller companies. Air-tight so no freezer burns. It is also surprising not bad in taste comparing to other instant meals on the market. A little expensive though but overall quite good if you have no time to prepare meals. All their packaging is recyclable too!

I was using Lite and Easy for few months. The diet is easy to follow and there is a lot information available on how to follow it.
The food tastes great at the start becomes monotonous and annoying as the time goes by.
If one is determined to lose weight, it is a good way to start weight loss journey

My partner & I have been on Lite'n easy for serveral months now.. Good way to control how much calories you take a day, but sometimes you just get too bored with the food. Some fresh stuff like salad are usually not overly fresh and you need to throw it away..

After many different failed diets, as most of us had gone through, we tried Lite N'Easy. The food was good. Delivery and service was very good. Its a very convenient way to eat but we just found it too expensive to keep it up for two people. It has given us ideas for healthy meals to cook for ourselves, and we do like to cook. Great idea though if you are the single, busy and want to lose weight.

I order only dinners, I'm afraid to say is this busy world I do occasionally eat frozen meals and these are by far the best quality out of all you can get if comparing to supermarket frozen types. Yes they cost a bit more, but I generally by 28 or so at a time so that brings the cost down to around $8.50. They have some good Vegetarian options also so we are both happy, you need the freezer space.

I did the 1500 calorie program for about 2 months. I didn't lose any weight to speak of. The food was ok to start with but after a while all tasted the same and I stopped being able to eat it. Also the fact that you had to microwave the frozen meals for 10+ mins put me off - had to wonder how many nutrients were left. Also the quality of the fruit was terrible so ended up throwing almost all of it out.

I love Lite n Easy, the food is delicious and nutritious. I have lost over 10 Kilograms and am feeling fantastic. The Lite n Easy web site is very easy to navigate through and there is a wide variety of meals and snacks. The service is excellent. Any time I have called with an inquiry the team at Lite n Easy have been very helpful.

I only placed my first order recently and for 12 Mini Meals. I got 1 of every type and they were great, Loved the beef curry the most. I will order again. The

My partner and I did L&E for 3 months, he lost some weight (1800cal) but I gained 4kg on the 1500cal. A friend has lost 10kg after 5/6 months on the 1200cal one. Some of the dinners are gross.

Ive been getting lite n easy deliveries for a month now.
I lost weight straight away. If you stick to only the food you are given you will lose weight.
The lunches and breakfasts are great but the dinners are hit and miss.
It's a good deal if you tend to spend lots of money on food that gets wasted/thrown away. Good kick start to a healthy diet.
Easy to order online and the delivery staff are very friendly.

I have been on Lite n Easy for 10 weeks now and have lost 9kg, I am not overweight and I have still found the weight has dropped off...It gives you that little extra confidence that you need for summer. Plus it is such an easy program, I am going to continue this as a lifestyle change rather than just a diet.

Lite N Easy is a calorie controlled diet. It is pretty high in carbohydrates and probably not enough protein for my satiety. It gives you a good sense of portion control. The food is OK, i like the soups the best. It is reasonably priced. I don't think using these meals will help you make a lifelong change, but i think it might give some people the kick start they need.

Lite N Easy isn't just for losing weight, it's been a great convenience after having my baby. It meant more family time and less time in the kitchen. Great food, time saving, balanced menus delivered straight to your door. And the bonus is weight loss (unless you opt for a higher calorie menu), plus saving $$$ as you avoid the impulse buys at the supermarket.

Great online ordering, fantastic phone service and the delivery is to your door, kitchen or where-ever you please!

Oh and food stays cold and frozen, packed with dry ice for up to 8 hours!

All and all a great convenience with fantastic service with fantastic food. I would (and have) recommend this to family and freinds

I love liten'easy. The food choices are great, the meals are tasty and it's a haven for someone who really never seems to spend time in the kitchen. The food is well presented and the service is great. You can cancel an order so long as you do in time or you can have a continuous stream of meals just turning up at your door and it can be a great way to just put a bit extra in the freezer. However, I would also say, if you have health problems make sure to check with your doc that it is ok for you to have this food. but all in all -- I love it.

Some very nice dinner meals available. I joy the curry's and pasta most. Taste just like home meals. Very well priced when compared to what it costs to buy your meals and make them self.

I'm trying to lose weight and eat health and with Lite N Easy it's working. I even have my husband eating it and he enjoys it too. The meals are very nice though we have found some we don't like but that is to be expected. I've been on it for just over a week and have lots 2kgs. We only get the dinner meals, 28 of them and that lasts us 2 weeks. Check out their website for more prices.

I am currently trying to lose weight and knew that part of the process involved a healthy diet but was unsure of the right foods to eat. My boss suggested trying Lite & Easy as they prepare and deliver all the meals right to your doorstep nicely packaged and easy to understand. The food is great quality and tastes great.
