I needed a removalist urgently to remove a fridge and washing machine from one apartment to another. I had advised the removalists before they arrived that the apartments were both accessed by quite a few stairs/stairways and assumed, as professionals they would bring equipment that would secure the goods. However, on removing my washing machine they dropped it down a flight of stairs and the backing came loose. Knowing the fragility of washing machines and the many working parts they have I was not too concerned about the protective backing but inside the washing machine yet thankfully, nothing has seemed to go wrong since. However, when I turned up to the apartment I was moving into the removalists had left and my fiance had paid them for their service. My fiance had not seen but the fridge had been dinted in a few places and sustained heavy scratching to the door. I was so disappointed considering that the fridge had also only been purchased a few months previously and was in new condition. I would not recommend this company to anyone after what I experienced and now have goods which are only 1 year old and both damaged due to this removalist company.
